  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 4-10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Returns & Exchanges

You have a 30-day window to decide if an item suits you. Should you find it unsuitable within this period, please contact us directly, and we'll tailor solutions to your circumstances.

Return Policy:

For online purchases (excluding final sale items and gifts) through Sayo Tomasyon, exchanges or refunds are permissible within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item:

Step 1: Initiate a request on the return portal page.

Step 2: Our support team will follow up on your return request.

Step 3: Package your item.

Step 4: Dispatch your package.

Please Note:

  1. Certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimwear, final sale items, and lingerie.
  2. Returned items must maintain their unused condition and original packaging. We do not accept worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.
  3. Directly returning items without prior approval is not accepted. Please reach out to us before sending back any items. The address listed on the logistics list is not our return address; thus, we cannot accept returns sent there.

Refunds:

The shipping fee paid upon order placement is non-refundable. Only the cost of the clothes will be reimbursed.

For free shipping orders, we'll deduct the corresponding shipping costs from the refund upon receiving the returned package.

Refund Timeframes:

PayPal refunds: Processed within 3 business days.

Credit card refunds: Completed within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges:

Reshipment arrangements will be made within 3 business days after submitting your request.

30 Days Guarantee

Thank you for shopping on Sayo Tomasyon.

All online purchases (except lingerie, swimwear, jewelry & accessories, and final sale) through Sayo Tomasyon can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached to the original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable.

Return Process:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at services@sayotomasyon.com to request the return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with a return request, our customer service representatives will send the return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week after we receive your package. We will email you once your refund is processed. FYI: There may be a delay ( about 1-2 weeks, depending on your credit card company) in processing your refund if your original payment method is a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is confirmed canceled, you will get a full refund. We process the refund action within 7 days.

We do not accept order cancellation requests once the product is shipped out.

The number of days taken for refunds to be processed after the refund has been accepted: 7 days.

2.What's your minimum order quantity ?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design, you can choose 2 different colors with mixed sizes. And there are more than 48 colors for your choice. We are glad to make customized samples for you to test quality before bulk order.

3.Can I put my design logo on the items?
Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer,silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc. Please advise your logo in advance.

4.What's your sample policy and lead time?
The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. It takes around one week for sample making.

5.What's the production lead time?
Lead time is 25-35 days after all details are confirmed.

6.What's your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Moneygram and Trade Assurance. Paypal only available for sample order.
