You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you find it unsuitable within this period, please contact us directly, and we will provide a solution tailored to your needs.

Return Policy:
For online purchases made through Sayo Tomasyon (excluding final sale items and gifts), you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Please note that original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item:
Initiate a Return: Submit a request through our return portal.
Confirmation: Our support team will follow up on your return request.
Package Your Item: Ensure your item is securely packaged.
Dispatch Your Package: Send your package back to us.
Important Notes:
Certain items, including bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimwear, final sale items, and lingerie, are ineligible for return or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending back any items. The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so we cannot accept returns sent to that location.
Refunds:
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.
For orders with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned package.
Refund Processing Times:
PayPal refunds: Processed within 3 business days.
Credit card refunds: Completed within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges:
We will arrange for the reshipment of your exchange within 3 business days after your request is submitted.

If you would like to return items to the nearest address, please contact our customer service team. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
